Mobile Portable Toilets (WC) Shower Bathroom Cabins: Karmod Toilet (WC) Shower series, is a special series of product developed for professional users, especially oriented toward common using areas such as commercial, building sites, organization and social facilities. Two important advantages of the series are obtained by being movable, portable and mobile, harmony to modern toilet, WC Shower system, as well aesthetics in designs providing functional solutions in human life. It offers different alternatives in mobile toilets and bathrooms with their module forming produced under Karmod cabin guaranty and its insulation system formed of five modules. Thus they add convenience to human life. Technical Specifications of Mobile Portable Toilets (WC) Shower Cabins: All panels forming walls and roofs that establish Karmod polyester cabin system are manufactured as sandwich panels with double wall made of glass fiber strengthened polyester (GFSP) material and between these double walls polyurethane foam of 40 density at 3.5cm thick is injected and thus forming sandwich panels. All are sound and thermal insulated. After uniting panels forming Karmod modular cabin systems, it is insulated with antibacterial silicone, and insulation against water, snow, dust and voice as well an hygienic appearance is ensured. Since exterior surface of Karmod cabin made of glass fiber strengthened polyester (GFSP) material may be easily cleaned. Exterior and Interior surface panels possess resistance against climatic conditions and have anticorrosive characteristics. It does not rust and rot, is easy to clean, and panels have the feature to resist shocks and weight of 400 kg. Interior and exterior surfaces forming Karmod cabins are manufactured of gel coat material with neon in broken white color resistant to ultraviolet rays of sun in +60 0C and cold of – 50 0C. However application in various (different) colors is also possible upon request. Aluminum door of Karmod economical cabin is painted with white electrostatic paint. It has normal glass of 4mm thick on the door. The door of Karmod cabin is fixed with 3 hinges. KALE brand locks are used on doors. For bottom panels of the doors double panel with polyurethane are used. Features of WC cabin: Surface mounted water plumbing is installed. Potable water and sewer system pipes are of FIRAT brand. Turkish style toilet stone and lavatory are made of polyester material. European style toilet (closet) is made of ceramics. Toilet stones (closets) are mounted in WC cabin. Ceramics are DOGVIT brand. Lavatory tap, cleansing tap are mounted on sanitary installation. All taps are of ECESAN brand. Flush boxes are hanged or connected to the back of closets. Flush boxes are mounted with flexible hoses or straight pipes. Flush boxes are of TEMA brand. Floorings of WC cabins are coated with tiles of special ÇANAKKALE Seramik brand as wet grounds. For Karmod Shower Cabin, except other features, they have marble cast shower base of 80 x 90cm.with siphon. Shower Base of ECE brand, shower armature including water hand spray with cold-warm changing is ECE brand. There is warm-cold water installation and soap tray. Water plumbing special for water heater is installed in shower cabins. Completely surface mounted electrical cabling is used in Karmod cabin. In corners of the cabin 16 A Siemens brand automatic fuse and VIKO brand grounded outlet and switch are used. Cabin has VIKO brand lighting armature with 40W bulb at the roof. The floor of Karmod cabin is manufactured of metal profile material of 1.5mm thick. Profile chassis is painted with anti-rust paint.  After elevating the floor of cabin by 14 cm for closet discharge pipes then coated with 20 x 20 white ceramics tile Cement over Chip Plate of 16mm thick and then filled with joint filling material. Other vitrified materials toilet paper hangers, mirror, clothing hanger, mirror set with plastic frame, strainer, lavatory siphon, closet lid and other fittings are used in WC units. Assembly, wastewater connections of WC-Shower cabin, utility connections are made by the buyer. All you will do is to bring wastewater connection up to the location where you will put the WC-Shower cabin then your plumber does external connections. If you haven’t any wastewater connection, then you buy wastewater tank of 2000 liters and place under ground to make connection. As the tank fills up you may discharge with sewage truck. Delivery of Karmod cabins in ISTANBUL city is at our firm’s cost, out of Istanbul is at the buyer’s cost. Cabin delivery is on truck and delivered until the place where truck can access. If crane is required when placing cabin or in troublesome locations to out across walls or in far places the cost for crane rental and transfers at buyer’s cost. We may put 400-liter polyester water tank on WC cabin upon your request as an additional accessory.

16 or 20 cm suction fan may be put as an accessory. Water heater may be installed as an accessory. Upon request special additional pedestal urinal and pedestal lavatory are installed. Dimensions of WC cabins we produce are 115 x 120 Economical WC-Shower, 150x270 WC-Shower, 150x390 WC-Shower, 270x270 WC-Shower, 270x390 WC-Shower, 270x510 WC-Shower are made according to orders. Karmod cabin has TSEK and ISO 9001:2000 quality certificate and trademark registered. Cabins have Industrial Register Certificate, and trademark approved by Patent Institute and registered trademark. Karmod cabins have aluminum and glued labels with Karmod brand. If Karmod labels are removed Karmod cabin guarantee also terminates. Since Karmod cabins are manufactured of polyester material strengthened with glass fiber and resistant to rusting and rotting, they are also convenient to use for portable toilets, shower (toilet, bath) area in dwelling sites, construction sites, temporary settling places, mobo cabins, public toilets and similar places.
